By creating an account or purchasing products through Artsays, buyers agree to comply with these policies, applicable laws, and all terms governing the use of the platform.

To access certain features of the Artsays platform, including purchasing products, buyers may be required to create and maintain a registered account.

During registration, buyers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including any details reasonably required for account creation, payment processing, order fulfilment, or legal compliance.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the information associated with their account remains accurate and updated throughout their use of the platform.

• Comply with all applicable Artsays policies while using the platform.

Buyers must not share their accounts, impersonate another individual or organisation, create multiple accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes, or engage in activities that may compromise the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the platform.

Artsays reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate buyer accounts where there is reasonable evidence of policy violations, fraudulent activities, misuse of the platform, or other conduct inconsistent with these policies or applicable laws.
