The Reviews Policy explains the standards applicable to reviews submitted on the Artsays platform. Reviews help buyers make informed purchasing decisions and provide valuable feedback to artists, sellers, and the platform.

Artsays encourages buyers to submit honest, fair, and constructive reviews based on their genuine purchasing and product experience. To maintain the integrity of the marketplace, all reviews must comply with applicable Artsays policies and may be monitored or moderated where reasonably necessary.

4.1 Genuine Reviews

Buyers are encouraged to provide honest, accurate, and constructive reviews based solely on their personal experience with the purchased product and the overall order fulfilment process.

Reviews should reflect genuine opinions and should be relevant to the product or purchasing experience. Buyers should ensure that their reviews are truthful, respectful, and supported by their actual experience.

Where applicable, reviews may include observations relating to:

• Product quality and condition.
• Accuracy of the product description.
• Packaging and presentation.
• Delivery experience.
• Overall satisfaction with the purchase.

Artsays may identify or prioritise reviews submitted by verified purchasers to help improve the reliability of information available to other buyers.

4.2 Prohibited Reviews

To maintain a fair and trustworthy marketplace, buyers must not submit reviews that are false, misleading, abusive, or intended to manipulate ratings or purchasing decisions.

Prohibited reviews include, but are not limited to:

• Reviews submitted without a genuine purchasing experience.
• False, deceptive, or intentionally misleading reviews.
• Offensive, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
• Spam, promotional, or advertising content.
• Reviews submitted in exchange for payment, gifts, discounts, or other undisclosed incentives.
• Attempts to manipulate product ratings or seller reputation.
• Content that infringes the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of others.

Artsays reserves the right to review, moderate, reject, hide, or remove reviews that violate these policies or applicable laws. Repeated misuse of the review system may result in restrictions on review privileges or other enforcement actions in accordance with applicable Artsays policies.
